• Die GEFMA 198 als neue Richtlinie im Facility Management dient der Standardisierung einer ganzheitlichen Vorgehensweise für eine lebenszyklusorientierte FM-Dokumentation. Im Rahmen der Dokumentation einer Immobilie ist insbesondere ein Betreiberkonzept als Grundlage des späteren Betriebs der Immobilie zu erstellen und strukturiert zu dokumentieren. Die Richtlinie richtet sich an alle Beteiligte des Immobilienlebenszyklus.
• Development of a GEFMA- guideline "FM-building documentation" - The essential need for a holistic and structured documentation for facilities is getting more and more important, especially for the building operation and facility management processes. The GEFMA e.V. has initiated a working committee to achieve an approach to a practical, profound and sustainable structure to allocate and to sort the tremendous amount of required documents, files, data, etc. The purpose is to develop a practical guideline for a (building) documentation for a facility manager.
