N2  - Die Masterarbeit "Lehrerausbildung für das berufliche Schulwesen in der Fachrichtung Ernährung und Hauswirtschaft - Umsetzungsstrategien im Kontext aktueller Reformprozesse" entstand im Jahr 2011 und basiert auf einer vergleichenden Untersuchung von Studienangeboten zum Lehramt an beruflichen Schulen mit der Fachrichtung Ernährung und Hauswirtschaft in den Ländern der Bundesrepublik Deutschland. Ziel der Untersuchung ist es, die Studienangebote systematisch zu erfassen und vergleichend darzustellen, um Divergenzen und Gemeinsamkeiten aufzuschlüsseln. Der Erfüllung der Bologna-Ziele und dem Stand der Bolognareform an den Hochschulstandorten wird hierbei eine besondere Aufmerksamkeit geschenkt. Der Titel dieser Arbeit verdeutlicht bereits, dass eine mehrperspektivische Analyse unabdingbar ist, um sich dem konkreten Arbeitsfeld zu nähern. Die Einnahme einer Makro-, Meso- und Mikroperspektive ist hierzu zweckdienlich. Die Untersuchung aus dem Jahr 2011 wird für diese Schriftenreihe teilweise erweitert um über dieses Jahr hinausgehende, aktuelle Informationen zu neuen Studiengängen und Strukturen in der Fachrichtung Ernährung und Hauswirtschaft.
N2  - The Master thesis "Teachers training for vocational education in the field of nutrition and home economics - Implementation strategies in the context of current reform processes" originated in 2011 and is based on a comparative study of courses for teachers at vocational schools with specialization in nutrition and home economics in the countries of the Federal Republic of Germany. The aim of the study is to capture the study offers systematically and comparative in order to break down differences and similarities. On this occasion, a special attention is given to the fulfilment of the Bologna aims and the state of the Bologna reform in the university locations. The title of this degree work already clarifies that a multi perspective analysis is indispensable to approach the concrete field of work. Taking a macro-, meso- and micro-perspective is considered appropriate. For this publication the study from the year 2011 will be partially expanded to include the latest information on new programs and structures in the field of nutrition and home economics.
