Die Richtlinie richtet sich an alle Beteiligte des Immobilienlebenszyklus.
N2  - Development of a GEFMA- guideline "FM-building documentation" - The essential need for a holistic and structured documentation for facilities is getting more and more important, especially for the building operation and facility management processes. The GEFMA e.V. has initiated a working committee to achieve an approach to a practical, profound and sustainable structure to allocate and to sort the tremendous amount of required documents, files, data, etc. The purpose is to develop a practical guideline for a (building) documentation for a facility manager.
