Challenges in introducing new software especially in the field of digitalization are to address the needs of planning, budget and schedule adherence as well as involving the users in the development process. Classic project management is usually focused on following the plan and keeping the project in schedule and budget. Agile project management puts the user in the center and aims at fulfilling his needs. The University of Applied Sciences M{\"u}nster has aligned its project management with the PRINCE2 standard. The introduction of an enterprise content management system started in 2017 as a new project. To fulfill the user's needs and keep the project management standard it has been tailored to achieve the project goals by integrating agile stages. This adaptation is presented in this paper as an example of structured hybrid project management.}, language = {en} } @incollection{SchweringStriewe2012, author = {Schwering, Markus G. and Striewe, Frank}, title = {Risk and Side Effects of Knowledge-Intensive Work}, series = {Jeschke, Sabina; Hees, Frank; Richert, Anja; Trantow, Sven (eds.): Prethinking Work - Insights on the Future of Work}, booktitle = {Jeschke, Sabina; Hees, Frank; Richert, Anja; Trantow, Sven (eds.): Prethinking Work - Insights on the Future of Work}, pages = {27 -- 28}, year = {2012}, language = {en} } @incollection{SeelDelfmannRieke2006, author = {Seel, C. and Delfmann, P. and Rieke, T.}, title = {Enterprise System Introduction with Controlling Enabled Configurative Information Models 2006}, series = {Proceedings of the IEEE International Workshop on Flexibility in Process-aware Information Systems hosted by the WETICE 2006:}, booktitle = {Proceedings of the IEEE International Workshop on Flexibility in Process-aware Information Systems hosted by the WETICE 2006:}, publisher = {IEEE}, address = {Manchester, UK}, pages = {285 -- 290}, year = {2006}, language = {en} } @incollection{StrieweSchwering2012, author = {Striewe, F. and Schwering, Markus G.}, title = {Risk and Side Effects of Knowledge-Intensive Work}, series = {Jeschke, Sabina/Hees, Frank/Richert, Anja/Trantow, Sven (eds.): Prethinking Work - Insights on the Future of Work}, booktitle = {Jeschke, Sabina/Hees, Frank/Richert, Anja/Trantow, Sven (eds.): Prethinking Work - Insights on the Future of Work}, publisher = {LIT}, address = {M{\"u}nster}, isbn = {9783643902405}, pages = {27 -- 28}, year = {2012}, language = {en} } @incollection{ToennissenTeuteberg2021, author = {T{\"o}nnissen, Stefan and Teuteberg, Frank}, title = {Toward eHealth with Blockchain: Success Factors for Crowdfunding with ICOs}, series = {Blockchain Technology and Innovations in Business Processes}, booktitle = {Blockchain Technology and Innovations in Business Processes}, publisher = {Springer}, address = {Singapore}, isbn = {978-981-33-6472-1}, publisher = {FH M{\"u}nster - University of Applied Sciences}, pages = {209 -- 226}, year = {2021}, abstract = {Blockchain is seen as having high potential for the healthcare industry. In addition to the technological properties of the blockchain, crowd funding via Initial Coin Offerings (ICOs) has also become a significant way of financing for start-ups in the healthcare industry. These ICOs are significantly different from familiar funding channels and therefore require intensive consideration of the factors relevant to success. Numerous papers have explored the success factors, but without considering the specifics of the healthcare industry. We fill this research gap and, based on hypotheses and a quantitative analysis of freely available data, show the factors relevant to the healthcare industry for a successful ICO. As a result, we show clear differences to the previously known success factors for ICOs and thus prove that the success factors of ICOs require an industry-specific consideration. Start-ups receive valuable advice on how to design a successful ICO. For the scientific community, there are starting points for further research into the success of ICOs.}, language = {en} }
