The main goal was to systematically foster reflection on quality issues in all faculties. In 2016, the concept was transferred to the level of institutional reaccreditation: A procedure called „cumulative accreditation" was implemented, including e.g. a public symposium. On both levels, the author experienced that joint reflection on quality issues may encourage academics to change habits and improve study programmes. However, sometimes desirable changes will not happen. Instead of asking for sanctions and incentives, the article suggests another approach: the creation of learning opportunities for university members.}, language = {en} } @misc{Boentert2020, author = {Boentert, Annika}, title = {The CORE model for Quality Development - A case study of FH M{\"u}nster (HAQAA - Workshop, Harmonisation of African Higher Education Quality Assurance and Accreditation)}, year = {2020}, language = {en} } @article{BoentertPistor2021, author = {Boentert, Annika and Pistor, Petra}, title = {Turning digital in international training programmes: Chances, Challenges \& Perspectives}, series = {zfhe - Zeitschrift f{\"u}r Hochschulentwicklung}, volume = {16}, journal = {zfhe - Zeitschrift f{\"u}r Hochschulentwicklung}, number = {2}, editor = {Bedenlier, Svenja and Bruhn-Zaß, Elisa}, doi = {10.3217/zfhe-16-02/06}, pages = {83 -- 94}, year = {2021}, abstract = {Teaching and learning in international and thus intercultural contexts places special demands on the conception of trainings.
