It defines four essential steps: to clarify goals, optimize processes, reflect outcomes, and encourage improvement, which must be applied to different objects. The article explains how the model can be used for an initial organizational analysis and the conception of your own QM system. The concept was developed at FH Münster, a large German university of applied sciences. In the last years, it has successfully been used in consulting projects with universities in Latin America and Africa.
